Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to the Printrigue website ("Site", "Us", "We", "Our"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from our Site. If you access the Site, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions (and the documents referred to in them) and any aspect of the Site from time to time and will notify such changes to you by uploading details of them on the Site. You should review the Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions then please do not use the Site.

Payment

We accept credit card and debit card payments, as well as PayPal. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already made.

Customers outside the UK should be aware Printrigue will take payment in Sterling; any conversion shown on the Site to USD or Euro or any other currency is purely a guide calculated at that days exchange rate, however your bank or card issuer may not offer the same rate. Printrigue will not be liable for any further charges your card issuer may levy.

Cancellation

Your order is put into a print queue automatically minutes after being placed so it is not possible to cancel or change your order. Please ensure you are happy with the content and layout of the design before ordering.

Delivery

For full delivery details please see our delivery page. Any delivery times quoted are in working days and are estimates only. Parcels may require a signature. It is the customer's responsibility to respond to missed delivery attempts by contacting the courier directly to arrange pick-up or redelivery. If an order is returned to sender due to being 'undeliverable', the customer may incur further charges to have the order resent.

International Delivery

If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

As all of our products are uniquely printed to order we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges as unlike a traditional shop all of our items are personalised and as such cannot be resold. Please see here for the current UK legislation.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if there is a mistake in your design. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the content and layout of the design is correct before ordering.

If there is a fault with the print of your design, or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement.

Delivery times are estimates only. If an order does not arrive within the delivery estimate it is not grounds for a refund. If the order does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Colour Matching

We try our best to ensure an accurate match between the colours displayed on screen and the colours on the final print. However, due to the differences in how colours are produced on the computer/device screen and how they are produced on a printer, and the settings/calibration of the device/screen, a small difference is possible. This is the same for all websites producing colour printed items.

Copyright

By creating a design on this site you accept sole responsibility and liability for your designs. If a design you create infringes a third party's copyright due to the content you supply we accept no liability for any legal or financial damages incurred by claims made against you by the copyright holder(s).

We own, or are the licensee to, all right, title and interest in and to the Site, including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret or trademark law, and any and all other proprietary rights, including all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Site or any other part of the Site.

You must not extract or otherwise use any of the content on the Site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

Events Outside our Control

Where we are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these Customer Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes, or restraints or delays affecting carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials then our performance of our obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.

Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for the purchase of goods or services through our Site shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Severability

If any of these Customer Terms are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Site Terms of Use

Access to the Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through the Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
